To ensure proper functioning especially during decrypt operations, copy all PIF files in WinPGP to your Windows directory. Decrypt will cause a full-screen vs. Windowed screen if decryption occurs outside the WinPGP home directory. 2. To use the undocumented feature, enter a newline in the WINPGP30.INI file in the [OPERATIONS] section. It should contain the full path name where your copy of PGP.EXE resides, i.e.: PGPPath=c:\pgp To avoid problems for registered users, the files, WINPGP30.INI and the PIF files carry the same filenames as the version 3.0 release HOWEVER, the PIF files are different, so replace them in your Windows directory.
